Joe has over 25 years of experience in the information technology industry. As President, he directs and manages all sales, marketing, business operations and professional services. He is responsible for managing relationships with key business partners and customers while setting the overall strategy of the business.

Shawn Cauffman
Infrastructure Architect

Shawn has a wealth of experience in the IT industry, having spent over 25 years working in various roles. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science and has worked as a foreign computer
counterintelligence officer, as well as serving as co-owner of an email hosting provider and CFO. He is particularly skilled in consulting on migrations and implementations.

Omar joined the Vital Services team in November of 2018 as our Vice President of Software Engineering. He brings with him over 22 years of experience in programming, with over 17 years in .NET environments.
April Hobba
Service Delivery Manager
Applications Specialist
April joined the Vital Services team in 2021. With her she brings over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry.
Her experience ranges from working in an agent’s office, an underwriting department for an insurance company and with an MGA.
